A striking contemporary coastal home set directly on the water’s edge, this property has been thoughtfully designed to sit within the natural rock landscape while maximising its dramatic sea views.

The architecture is defined by a bold cantilevered structure, creating a multi-level layout that feels both distinctive and highly functional, with seamless connections between indoor and outdoor living.

You arrive via the private driveway with convenient on-site parking directly outside the property. From the entrance, you step through the front door and are immediately met with an uninterrupted sea view through the glazing directly opposite, setting the tone for the rest of the home.

On this level, there are two super-king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and sea views, designed to make the most of the coastal outlook. A utility room is also located on this floor for added convenience during your stay.

A short flight of steps leads to the heart of the home - a spectacular cantilevered living space appearing to float effortlessly above the coastline below. Designed to maximise light, space and uninterrupted sea views, this elevated level is the home’s defining architectural feature.

Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams echo the underside of a boat, adding warmth and character to the contemporary design, while floor-to-ceiling glazing fills the space with natural light and creates a constant connection to the water beyond.

Large sliding doors open onto the expansive decked terrace, seamlessly extending the living space towards the sea and creating the perfect setting for relaxed coastal living.

A small staircase wraps elegantly around the far side of this striking living space, leading you upwards via a beautifully crafted light oak staircase to the highest level of the home. Here, two further super king-size bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat, elevated above the coastline with a sense of privacy and calm.

The principal bedroom enjoys one of the home’s most breathtaking outlooks, with a carefully positioned picture window perfectly framing the sea and landscape beyond. Waking here feels entirely connected to the coastline, with ever-changing views becoming part of the experience of the room itself.

The suite is completed by a luxurious en suite bathroom, where a freestanding bath has been thoughtfully positioned beside a private window overlooking the water - allowing you to soak in the view in complete seclusion and comfort.

The second bedroom is equally inviting, generous in scale and beautifully finished, creating an ideal space for guests or family to relax and unwind in complete privacy.

The design was guided by the setting, with each decision made to help the home feel like a natural extension of the landscape.
